CWBA Meeting
June 3, 2025 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
The Central Washington Beekeepers’ Association will meet on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Garden View Room of the Yakima Area Arboretum, 1401 Arboretum Drive, Yakima, WA.
Topics to be presented include the following:
Queen Replacement: Phil Scott
When to add supers: Steve Dulude
Preparing for heat stress (will include bottom venting and water source): Leigh Toland
Pesticide Handout and walk through for Formic Acid Application: Dr. Katie Buckley
(Non) Drone Board incident: Phil Scott
At the end of the meeting we will meet at the club’s bee yard which is about 200 yards north of the Arboretum. Please bring gloves and tools to weed and trim.
